In front of 6300 people, in “Aleksandar Nikolić” Sports Hall, Partizan NIS won against Croatian team Zadar with a score of 95 – 87, and with this win stopped their losing streak. The team from Belgrade also had dangerous minutes during the game, but the perfect third quarter was the key moment in the game. In the previous games Partizan played, this quarter was the worst one of all four, but against Zadar it was the best part of the game and the best quarter in this season for Nenad Čanak’s team. At halftime, Zadar had a lead over Black and Whites, and the score was 31 – 41, but in the first part of the second half Partizan won with a score 39 – 22, so, after 3 quarters the result was 70 – 63 for hosts. Partizan NIS will host Zadar in the first game of 2018, and the 15th round of ABA League. The game will be played in “Aleksandar Nikolić” Sports Hall. Black and Whites will be able to count on Đorđe Gagić, who came back in Belgrade team and will try to help his new teammates against the team from Croatia. In the first part of the regional league’s season these two teams played and excellent game in «Krešimir Ćosić» Sports Hall, and team from Belgrade won with a score 97 – 104. In the Group C, Russian team completed a perfect Regular Season by beating Partizan NIS with a score 99 – 64. While this was another step for Russian club, team from Belgrade had its last EuroCup game this season, which it finished with 9 losses and 1 victory. The only win Partizan had against Bilbao in the third round and with this score Belgrade team is the last one in Group C. Saša Obradović’s team already advanced to Top 16 phase but with this victory before year 2018 they set the perfect score with no losses. In front of 3200 people in “Aleksandar Nikolić” Sports Hall, Partizan NIS lost 93 – 98 against Mornar from Bar in the Round 13 of ABA League. The key quarter was the third one, because in that moment guests came back in the game and for the first time took a lead, too. In front of 700 people in “Aleksandar Nikolić” Sports Hall, French team Limoges won 98 – 101 against Partizan NIS in the 9th round of the EuroCup. This round was dedicated to One Team and, in Serbia, Partizan introduced children from Zvečanska (orphanage in Belgrade) and Special Olympics team. Black and whites were playing in almost empty hall due to Saint Nicholas Day. It is a custom in Serbia that half citizens are celebrating this Saint and half are at someone else’s celebration. BC Partizan NIS won against MZT Skopje 112 – 94 in «Aleksandar Nikolić» Sports Hall in the Round 12 of ABA League. In his debut game, new head coach Nenad Čanak managed to lead black and whites team to their 6th win in regional league and with this win players of Partizan are continuing their battle for Playoff spot. Partizan lost on home court (“Aleksandar Nikolić” Sports Hall) in the 8th round of EuroCup against Bilbao Basket with the result 67 – 83. Black and whites, before this game lost their head coach Miroslav Nikolić, who got fired due to series of losses during the season. But changing the coach wasn’t a wakeup call for Partizan’s players because they lost again in front of their own crowd. During the first half, players of Partizan NIS were showing some energy and they played well even though they were losing. That energy escalated in the third quarter, the only one Partizan won (19 – 15), and the game was promising before the last part.
