In the Round 10 of the Serbian Super liga, Crvena Zvezda won 94 – 87 against Tamiš; Borac, 66 – 120 against Mladost; and Mega Bemax, 96 – 90 against Zlatibor. The Red and Whites won against Tamiš for the first spot in the Group A and from that position they are going to the Playoff. Tamiš won’t be participating in the Playoff. It wasn’t an easy win for Crvena Zvezda: in few moments Tamiš took the lead but Milenko Topić’s squad managed to get back in the game and control the result. On the first day of the Round 9 in the Serbian Super League, Borac won 89 – 77 against Mega Bemax, Crvena Zvezda was better than Zlatibor with a score of 75 – 89 and Tamiš beat Mladost with a 21 points difference (102 – 81). In the game for the second place in the Group A, Borac managed to win in front of their own crowd. This was the second win in the league for the team from Čačak against Mega Bemax. The maximum lead for Borac was 28 points. Also the guests had been leading during the game, and their maximum lead was 7 points. Both teams had 17 rebounds, so the home team managed to do what Zvezda couldn’t: not to allow Mega players to jump. It was an interesting day for the group A in the Serbian “Super liga”. Crvena Zvezda MTS won 84 – 74 against Borac and became the leader of the Group A, while Mega Bemax finished the match with 125 points against Mladost that was stopped on 67. And Zlatibor was better than Tamiš. The final result of that game was 83 – 89. In the Round 6 of the Serbian “Super liga” Crvena Zvezda MTS won 75 – 104 against Mladost, Zlatibor 102 – 93 against Borac and Mega Bemax was better than Tamiš with a score of 62 – 73. After the surprising defeat against Borac from Čačak and almost another one against Tamiš, Crvena Zvezda managed to show its strength against Mladost from Zemun. The home team didn’t stand a chance against the defending Serbian champion and from the first second the Red and Whites took the control of the game. The «Super liga» started and even though the teams from ABA League (Crvena Zvezda, Partizan, Mega Bemax and FMP) are also the next year regional league’s participants and the other eight clubs (Borac, Tamiš, Metalac, Vršac, Zlatibor, Dynamik, Vojvodina and Mladost) will fight for the spots in ABA 2 League, noone is going to give up the last trophy in this season easily. There are two groups in the league, and in the group A are Zlatibor, Borac, Tamiš, Zvezda, Mega Bemax and Mladost, while in the group B are Partizan Mts, FMP, Dynamik, Vršac, Metalac and Vojvodina. Budućnost Voli won 77 – 73 against Crvena Zvezda Mts in the fourth and final game, and for the first time in the club history won the title of the ABA League. So, in the next season, if everything goes as planned, the team from Podgorica will play the EuroLeague. The great season in the regional league was finished in the best possible way for the Montenegrin team, and in total they won 5 and lost only 1 game against the Red and Whites. This time, like it was in the third game, in a dramatic finish players from Budućnost were more focused and at the end they deserved this victory and title. Before the last game, it was tense off the court because the president of Crvena Zvezda Nebojiša Čović announced that his team won’t participate in the fourth game due to, as he said, bad treatment by referees.
