FMP won in the third semi-final game against Borac and now will face Crvena Zvezda in the Final of the Serbian Super League. The match between the team from Železnik and the team from Čačak finished with a score of 77 – 56. Both teams started well the third game but, at the end, the team from Železnik managed to win, all thanks to the great game showed by Michael Ojo. Borac didn’t have any way to stop the Nigerian-American player from FMP. BC Borac from Čačak won in the third last game against Dynamic in the quarter-finals of the Serbian Super League and announced the semi-finals games against FMP. The final score was 85 – 77. In the second round of the Serbian Super League quarter-finals, Crvena Zvezda won 82 – 109 against Vrsac; Dynamic won 81 – 70 against Borac; Partizan, 79 – 93 against Mega Bemax; and FMP, 87 – 94 against Zlatibor. Three teams have already booked their tickets for the semi-finals, and the Black and the Red and Whites will play against each other, while FMP is still waiting for its opponent. The last game will decide if Dynamic or Borac will face the team from Zeleznik. If the team from Dorcol (part of Belgrade old Town) wins, all 4 teams will be from Belgrade, but if Borac wins, three teams will be from the Serbian capital and one from Cacak. In the first quarter-final games in the Serbian Super League, Borac won 83 – 75 against Dynamic; Crvena Zvezda, 89 – 50 against Vršac; FMP, 102 – 53 against Zlatibor; and Partizan, 97 – 68 against Mega Bemax. During the game between the Black and Whites and Dejan Milojević’s squad, Banja Sy from Partizan fell after a dunk and had to be transferred to the hospital. Zvezda started furiously the first quarter of the game, and didn’t allow the team from Vršac to get back in the game at all.
