Partizan NIS scored its fifth victory in the Serbian “Super liga”. This time the Black and Whites were better than Metalac with a score of 91 – 79. In the other games in the group B, Dynamic won 94 – 83 against Vojvodina and FMP won 89 – 102 against Vršac.

Even though Partizan won with a 12 points difference, after three quarters the situation was a little bit different. Metalac was leading by one before the last part of the match, but then Nenad Čanak’s team took the control of the game and finished that quarter with a score of 26 – 13 for the final result of 91 – 79.

Again, the best player on the court was Nigel Williams-Goss with 24 points, 7 assists and 5 rebounds, while Vanja Marinković added 17. Đorđe Gagić had 14 points and 7 rebounds for the home team.

Đukan Đukanović scored 17 points for the guests. Aleksandar Vasić and Josip Mikulić added 15 points each one, while Đorđe Kaplanović scored 14.

FMP definitely used to score over hundred points against their opponents in domestic league, and against Vršac there was no difference. The team from Železnik had 102 and the home team was stopped at 89 points.

Stefan Đorđević scored 22 points for the home squad, Miroslav Pašajlić ended the game with 16. The guard Stefan Momirov added 14 points, while two guys scored 11 points each one: Mirko Đerić and Danilo Ostojić.

In the last game of the second day of the Round 5, Miroslav Nikolić’s squad was successful in front of their fans against the team from Novi Sad. They won 94 – 83, with 11 points difference, but their maximum lead was 15 points, while the guests only led by 3.

In Dynamic, Miloš Glišić was the best scorer with 24 points, while Nemanja Krstić scored four points less than his teammate. Marko Radonjić finished the game with 12 and Nemanja Kapetanović added 11.

Three players had more than 10 points in Vojvodina. Krsto Bjelica scored 20; Dejan Janjić, 19; and Aleksa Birovljev added 16 points.
