After the break due to the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 European Qualifiers, Partizan scored an important win in the Republika Srpska (a part of Bosnia and Herzegovina). In the 10th round of the ABA League, the Black and Whites (Crno-Beli) won against Igokea 84 – 97. The Fans in “Laktaši” helped the team from Serbia to control the game from the beginning. They lead 0 – 10 and 5 – 17 in the first quarter, but the home team found their game and get closer. Vesely and Kalinić for the 10th win; Madrid made a comeback against Efes Fenerbahce grabbed their 10th win in the EuroLeague by beating Panathinaikos 69 – 81 in Athens in the Round 11. Partizan NIS beat Igokea by 67 – 74 on the road, while they neighbours Crvena Zvezda Mts won on home court with a score of 82 – 66 against Cedevita from Zagreb. Partizan NIS have scored a huge road win against Igokea in the 16th round of 2017-2018 ABA League regular season, and they are still in the race for the top four when the regular season ends, as they are still only a win behind Mornar, that are occupying the fourth spot at the moment. In the Round 16 of ABA League, Zvezda’s fans in Belgrade will be able to watch match between EuroLeague’s team (Crvena Zvezda) and EuroCup’s team (Cedevita), while Black and Whites are travelling to Republika Srpska, part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where they will try to beat Igokea second time in this season. In the fifth round of ABA League, Partizan won 117 – 104 against Igokea from Aleksandrovac in an amazing game in “Aleksandar Nikolic” Hall that celebrated with their home crowd after the game. Both teams played great in offense and till the end it was an interesting game full of amazing plays, but in the end home team took the victory in their hands. The best scorer was Nigel Williams-Goss with 30 points with 8 assists while Patrick Miller added 23 points and 11 assists. More than 10 points scored also Djoko Salic (16 points), Mihajlo Andric (15) and Vanja Marinkovic (14). Also Marko Cakarevic had an amazing defensive game and it is worth mentioning that Partizan with him plays better defense than without him. He is pulling all strings in that part of the game. After the lost against Lietuvos Rytas in the second round of EuroCup with the score of 91 – 80, Partizan Nis BC will host Igokea from Bosnia and Herzegovina in “Aleksandar Nikolić” Hall, in the fifth round of ABA League. Both teams have score 2 – 2, and while Partizan won in the last two round, Igokea had one victory and one loss.
