In the EuroCup Top 16 Round 5, Partizan lost 77 – 78 against Rytas Vilnius in a crowded Aleksandar Nikolić Sports Hall (also known as Pionir). It was a “do or go home” game for both squads, and the Black and Whites were the one who will say goodbye to the European competition, and the team from Lithuania still have a chance to be part of the best 8 clubs in the EuroCup. In the first game of the EuroCup Top 16, Rytas Vilnius won 80 – 74 against Partizan in the capital of Lithuania. The First half decided the winner because in the third quarter the result was 17 – 17 and in the fourth, 15 – 15. In the first round of the Group E in the Top 16 (Second phase) of the EuroCup, Rytas Vilnius is hosting Partizan in Lithuania.
