In the Round 7 of the ABA League, Partizan managed to score their 4th victory by beating Cibona with a result of 86 – 67. Everything is ready for the beginning of the @ABA_League semi-finals that start tonight in Belgrade and Podgorica. After the regular season, four teams are now ready to start the Playoffs and the battle for the trophy and the spot in the next season @EuroLeague. Those four teams are Crvena Zvezda from Belgrade, Budućnost from Podgorica, Cedevita from Zagreb and Mornar from Bar. The team from Belgrade, Partizan NIS, lost (85 – 75) against Cedevita in the Round 22, final one in the regular season of the 2017-2018 ABA League, and help the team from Zagreb to dream about finishing the regular season as the second best. Partizan NIS went to Zagreb where they will say goodbye to this season of the ABA League in the match against Cedevita, because the team from Belgrade won’t participate in the Playoffs. The four teams that will continue competing in the regional league are Black and Whites final opponent (Cedevita), Crvena Zvezda (that finished the regular season as the best team) and two teams from Montenegro: Budućnost and Mornar. Partizan Nis continued with good games in ABA League, and this time the team won 74 – 90 against Cibona in Zagreb. This was the 4th victory in six rounds for black and whites in regional league, while Cibona has score 3 – 3. New Partizan player Samardo Samuels showed in the first game that he will be one of the leaders in coach Miroslav Nikolić’s team. Samuels finished the game with 16 points and 7 rebounds, while best scorer was Nigel Williams-Goss who added 20 points. Vanja Marinković added 19 and Mihajlo Andrić finished the match with 14 points. It was a great night for all Red Star fans because their favourite team scored second victory in Euroleague, this time against Maccabi with a score of 87 – 84, in front of 8.320 spectators in Belgrade Arena.
